Nebraska’s first draft pick is off the board – and he’s heading to the city of brotherly love.

The Philadelphia Eagles selected Nebraska defensive tackle Ty Robinson in the fourth round (111th overall) of the NFL Draft.

In six seasons with Nebraska football, he started 47 games, totaling 134 tackles, 26.5 tackles for loss (TFL) and 12 sacks. This past season he had 37 tackles, 12.5 TFL and 7 sacks. He was named Second-Team All-Big Ten by the AP and Third-Team All-Big Ten in the coaches and media polls this past season.

Last year he was honorable mention All-Big Ten by the coaches and media.

Off the field, he was on the Nebraska scholar-athlete honor roll five times, and was on both the Brook Berringer Citizenship Team and Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in the 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons.

Philadelphia finished with a 14-3 record last season and winning the NFC East. They defeated Kansas City 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX.
