MORRILL CO. — A Lexington man died in Morill County as the result of a farm fencing accident during the afternoon of Tuesday, May 6.
According to the Morrill County Sheriff’s Office, around 1 p.m., the Alliance Fire Department Rescue Unit and sheriff’s office were dispatched to northern Morrill County due to a farm accident and a male with serious injuries.
Due the investigation, it was determined that 41-year-old Victor Manual Rivera of Lexington had died as the result of injuries suffered from an incident that occurred while he was working to install fencing.
The investigation revealed no evidence of criminal activity or foul play.
