MERRICK CO. — A Flood Warning remains in effect for parts Merrick, Nance and Polk counties as runoff from heavy rainfall this week continues to work its way downstream.

It was noted that during the morning hours on Friday, river gages near Silver Creek indicated flooding was ongoing and the crest has yet to pass eastern Merrick County.

Central City, Clarks, Chapman and Archer could experience flooding throughout the warning duration.
