KEARNEY — Two Rivers Public Health Department is pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Mulligan as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO).
In this role, Mulligan will oversee day-to-day operations, strengthen internal systems, and support the department’s mission to protect and promote the health and well-being of communities across the Two Rivers district.
Mulligan brings 7 years of experience Two Rivers Public Health Department, with a strong record of improving organizational efficiency and fostering collaboration. Most recently, she served as TRPHD’s Planning Section Manager.
As COO, Katie Mulligan will focus on aligning operational priorities with strategic goals, advancing justice in service delivery, and ensuring that Two Rivers Public Health Department remains a trusted and effective resource for residents across the region.
