KEARNEY — A Kearney man facing three felony charges for the intentional discharge of a firearm and terroristic threats has had his case bound over to district court.
Jordan Ingraham, 30, is charged with unlawful/intentional discharge of a firearm, a Class 1D felony, terroristic threats, a Class 3A felony and use of a firearm to commit a felony, a Class 1C felony.
Ingraham waived his right to a preliminary hearing, and his case was bound over to Buffalo County District Court. An arraignment has been scheduled for Oct. 17 at 9 a.m.
A pre-trial hearing date has also been set for Nov. 21 at 10 a.m.
The affidavit for the support of the arrest warrant has been sealed in the case, but the complaint states that the incident occurred on July 27 in the 1800 block of A Ave. in Kearney.
It states that Ingraham allegedly used a handgun and discharged it and threatened two individuals with violence with the intent to terrorize them.
Ingraham was arrested and booked into the Buffalo County Jail on Thursday, Aug. 7.
