GRAND ISLAND — A report of a suspicious person ended in the arrest of a suspect for possession of methamphetamine, stolen property and burglary tools in Grand Island on Tuesday, Nov. 18.

According to the Grand Island Police Department, at 1:10 a.m. officers responded to the 2000 block of S. North Road in reference to a suspicious person.

Officers contacted Raul Montano, who was found to be in possession of stolen property, drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

Montano was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools.
