An arrest warrant was issued for Cooley on Dec. 18.

According to an affidavit submitted in York County Court, on Dec. 12, officers with the York Police Department were dispatched due to the report of a 75-year-old woman and 6-year-old child overdosing.

The woman was confused and unwell, the child was crying an “obviously scared.”

Another woman in the home believed they had consumed a THC gummy that allegedly belonged to Cooley that was found by the 6-year-old in the kitchen’s junk drawer.

Both tested positive for cannabinoids and the hospital and would stay overnight.

Per the affidavit, Cooley is out on bond following her arrest for possession of methamphetamine on Nov. 14.
