PHILLIPS — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle and pedestrian injury accident on the highway spur between Highway 34 and the village of Phillips at 6:51 a.m. this morning (Tuesday, Feb. 10).

The pedestrian, a white male, medium build with medium length brown hair was wearing blue jeans, long black down puffy coat, grey sweat pants, white shirt and black sweatshirt.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance to identify the victim, who has been transported to St. Francis Hospital in Grand Island.
