GRAND ISLAND — A Hastings man was arrested in Grand Island on active warrants from Douglas and Clay County on Saturday, Feb. 14.
According to the Grand Island Police Department, officers made contact with Boutin in the location of N. Wheeler Ave.
Following a records check it was determined that Boutin had active warrants in both Douglas and Clay County.
The Douglas County warrant included third degree domestic assault and the Clay County warrants included, third degree domestic assault, terroristic threats, child abuse – intentional/no injury and habitual criminal.
Boutin was booked into the Hall County Department of Corrections at 12:39 a.m.
