The Kearney High School ‘Guys & Dolls’ cast received the Outstanding Musical Theatre Performance Award from the Nebraska High School Theater Association.
The cast performed June 5 on the Orpheum stage in Omaha, with legendary piece “Sit Down You’re Rockin’ The Boat”
The “Guys & Dolls” cast received of four awards including, Outstanding Musical Theatre Performance Award, Outstanding Supporting Cast members, Outstanding Lead Actors, and Jimmy Award Nominees.
This year was the ninth annual awards for the Nebraska High School Theatre Academy. Kearney High has previously won three Outstanding Musical Theatre Performance awards, as well as numerous Jimmy Award nominees and individual awards.
