A man accused of planning to distribute meth, was sentenced in Adams County Court.
Dominic Quaintance plead no contest in May of tampering with evidence. In exchange for the plea, prosecutors dropped a charge of possession of meth with intent to distribute.
On August 26th of 2020, Officers stopped Quaintance’s vehicle, who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. During the stop, officers observed a pipe, and searched the vehicle.
After the search, officers found 5 grams of meth, and other drug paraphernalia.
