A Grand Island man was arrested following a pursuit that endangered young children.
On Sunday, police observed and identified 20-year-old Ezequiel Barraza Anguiano driving with no plates and with a revoked license.
Officers attempted a traffic stop on Barraza who then sped away.
Police initiated a pursuit on Barraza, who led police into an apartment complex parking lot.
Barraza then exited through an alley where children were playing nearby.
The pursuit was abandoned out of safety concern.
Barraza was later located and arrested for willful reckless driving, driving during revocation, failure to display plates, having no proof of insurance and failure to yield the right of way.
