A Kearney man is in jail after threatening a man with a rifle. Raider Arabie, 22, is charged with the use of a firearm to commit a felony, terroristic threats, and other charges.

According to police, at around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, Arabie and a man helping him move got into an argument.

Arabie then pulled a rifle from his vehicle and threatened the man and his family. Police say Arabie then fired the weapon into the ground before driving away. Arabie was soon arrested and lodged in Buffalo County Jail.

Arabie is due in court on October 21st.
