Central Community College has been selected by the Suzanne & Walter Scott Foundation to establish a Walter Scott Jr. Career Pathway Scholarship at CCC-Hastings.
The program will annually provide up to 50 students in skilled technology programs with the opportunity for a full scholarship that covers tuition, fees and room and board.
The first 25 students will be selected January 2023 and another 25 students by August 2023.
Scholarship recipients will be able to choose from the following CCC programs: Advanced manufacturing design technology, Auto body technology, Automotive technology, Construction technology, Diesel technology, Drafting and design technology, Electrical technology, Energy technology, Heating, air conditioning and refrigeration, Heavy equipment operator technician, Truck driving, Welding technology.
