Interim Head Coach Mickey Joseph said his main concern this week in preparing for Indiana regards the tempo and speed the Hoosiers offense runs out compared to how fast his defense can get aligned and ready…
The Huskers defense has been gashed by tempo teams like Georgia Southern and Oklahoma their past two contests, as Indiana runs their offense at one of the fastest paces in the country.

JOSEPH – EVERY MOMENT IS SPECIAL IN MEMORIAL STADIUM:
Interim Head Coach Mickey Joseph used to walk the tunnel as a player for the Huskers in the late 80s and early 90s. Now as the emergency head coach, Joseph says regardless of what time, it is always special to get back onto Tom Osborne Field…

JOSEPH – NEBRASKA BRAND STILL STRONG IN RECRUITMENT:
Interim Head Coach Mickey Joseph hit the recruiting trail over the bye week weekend, heading home to New Orleans and scouting top talent with some off-time. Joseph added that the Big Red brand remains strong…
As Joseph stated, only one recruit has decommitted from the 2023 class as everyone other verbal commit has re-pledged their commitment on social media.
JOSEPH – GOOD COMPETITION THROUGHOUT BYE WEEK:
The bye week came at a good time for Nebraska Football, reeling off back-to-back losses to Georgia Southern and Oklahoma as well as needing some time to rest and recover from the coaching change back on September 11. Interim Head Coach Mickey Joseph said it was a great week of getting better…
Joseph continued to praise his team and said they earned Thursday, Friday, and Saturday off-days while coming back to campus to practice on Sunday with an off-day Monday.

ALBERTS – FOOTBALL TEAM CONTINUES TO REMAIN POSITIVE:
