One woman was arrested after threatening an individual at a Grand Island Hotel.
At around 8 am, Wednesday, GIPD officers responded to the Island Inn for a report of a woman threatening to kill a man with a broken beer bottle.
Upon contacting the woman, Fawn Smith, officers advised her to gather her belongings and leave the property. After refusing to do so, officers arrested Smith for trespassing.
After being transported to Hall County Corrections, Smith kicked a healthcare professional.
Smith is charged with terroristic threats, 2nd-degree trespassing, and 3rd-degree assault of a healthcare professional.
