An Osceola man has been charged for attempted second-degree murder of a police officer following an officer-related shooting in Hastings Tuesday.
Authorities arrested 33-year-old Anthony Mattison whose been charged in Adams County Court with attempted second-degree murder, attempted first-degree assault on an officer, terroristic threats, use of a firearm to commit a felony, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a controlled substance.
SCALES is investigating the incident.
No injuries were reported.
A $2 million bond has been set for Mattison, and is due for court October 7 for a preliminary hearing.
