A Kearney man has been charged in federal court for distribution of fentanyl resulting in serious injury.
The charge alleges Tanner Hudson, 24, of distributing fentanyl from a house at Countryside Trailer Court. Federal court records say Hudson knowingly and intentionally distributed a substance containing a detectable amount of fentanyl, which resulted in serious bodily injury to a person.
No other information on the case or the victim of the crime is available. Hudson is scheduled for court in November.
