A 15-year-old is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being stabbed multiple times in a Waverly park.
At around 11:45 a.m., Lancaster County Sheriff’s were dispatched to Wayne Park in Waverly.
Information about the call determined a 14-year-old boy stabbed the 15-year-old multiple times.
The 15-year-old was taken to a local hospital, and the 14-year-old was arrested by Nebraska State Patrol without further incident. Both boys attend Waverly Public Schools.
An investigation is ongoing.
