Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested one person following a pursuit on I-80 near Grand Island.
At around 3 pm Tuesday, a trooper observed a vehicle traveling west at over 100 miles per hour. The trooper attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle fled at speeds of over 110 miles per hour.
The pursuit lasted around 15 minutes, and troopers were able to bring the vehicle to a stop using stop sticks.
The driver, 32-year-old Steven Little of Chicago was arrested for flight to avoid arrest, reckless driving, and firearms charges.
