The drugs were later tested and confirmed to have 25 grams of pure methamphetamine.
A Grand Island man is facing time on drug distribution charges.
A federal judge sentenced Guillermo Fraire, 43, of Grand Island, Nebraska to 45 months’ imprisonment for distribution of 5 grams or more of pure methamphetamine.
After serving his sentence, Fraire will also serve three-year supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.
