The Kearney Area Community Foundation has created a fund to help local veterans who cannot afford necessary dental care titled the “Smile for Vets Fund.”
The fund aims to financially help veterans in the Buffalo County area who have demonstrated a financial and cannot afford needed dental care.
A selection committee will review applications and make recommendations for grants for qualifying individuals.
Application forms are available through local dentists, veterans’ organizations, and the Kearney Area Community Foundation.
