Lincoln Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a homicide that took place Friday.
Karsen Rezac, 23, was arrested for second-degree murder, and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
The charges stem from a homicide taking place near South 20th and Washington in Lincoln.
Kupo Mleya, 38, was found dead in a vehicle with gunshot wounds. Police are continuing to investigate the case.
