Shelton firefighters extinguished a house fire Thursday morning.
Shelton Volunteer firefighters were dispatched after 7 a.m. to a reported house fire on Coady street in Shelton.
According to Fire Chief Taryn Hawks the home was engulfed in flames.
The fire was brought under control at approximately 9:30 a.m.
The home was unoccupied at the time.
No injuries were reported.
Gibbon Fire and Rescue provided mutual aid.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
