NORFOLK – A good start for the Kearney Bearcat Boys golf team, beginning Day two in fifth place as a team after a strong overall showing from each performer.
Senior Perry Swarm (71) is shooting one-under leading his team and sitting tied for fifth heading into today. Dylan Dahlstedt (78) is tied for 27th, Owen Bartee sits at 79 tied for 33rd, freshman Koji Kitabatake (82) is tied for 52nd, and Cooper Feddersen (89) sits at 73.
The final round begins later this morning from the Norfolk Country Club. Lincoln Southeast leads the pack shooting even at 288 with Omaha Westside in second at 292.
