Partial downtown street closure for KPL Summer Kickoff

There will be a partial closure downtown for the Kearney Public Library’s Summer Kickoff today.

First Avenue from 21st Street to the north end of the Kearney Park and Recreation parking lot will be closed beginning at 2 p.m.
