UNK Football player Xavier Delk was arrested yesterday on charges of First-Degree assault.
The charge stems from a stabbing and shooting which took place at a party on May 14th.
Details surrounding the case and court documents remain sealed, however the arrest warrant states the assault allegedly occurred during the same time frame as a series of shootings in Kearney, where a group of UNK football players were present.
