Governor Jim Pillen temporarily waived regulations for truckers hauling needed fuels.
On Tuesday Governor Pillen issued Executive Order 23-10 to temporarily allow drivers to work extended hours to haul gasoline, or gasoline blends, diesel, fuel oil, ethanol, propane and biodiesel. The order is in response to regional fuel shortages.
It is effective immediately and remain so until September 4, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
