The FDA announced a recall of frozen strawberries and fruits over potential Hepatitis A contamination.
Company Willamette Valley Fruit Co, Salem, OR has announced a voluntarily recall select packages of frozen fruit containing strawberries grown in Mexico due to the potential for Hepatitis A contamination.
Products were distributed in select Walmart stores in several states including Nebraska.
Walmart foods recalled are Great Value Sliced Strawberries, Great Value Mixed Fruit, and Great Value Antioxidant Blend from January 24, 2023 to June 8, 2023.
To date, there have been no illnesses associated with this voluntary recall.
