KEARNEY – The Kearney All-Stars are once again representing the state of Nebraska – and the Kearney community – at the Little League Midwest Regionals in Indianapolis from August 4th-11th.
This is the third year in a row that Kearney has been named state champions.
The Kearney Little-League squad will be beginning fundraising tonight (Wednesday, July 26) by selling raffle tickets in the Kearney Expo Building for Ladies Night at the Buffalo County Fair from 6 PM – 9 PM.
Continuing their efforts, the team will head to the Burwell Rodeo on Saturday, July 29 selling refreshments and contributing to a split the pot raffle.
Kearney Little League will then return to Kearney Sunday, serving breakfast burritos at Gillies from 9 AM – noon.
Finally, the team is hosting a barbecue, silent auction, and big item raffle on Monday, July 31 at the Hilltop Mall parking lot from 5 PM – 8 PM.
