West Nile Virus is continuing to spread across the state.
According to a report from the South Heartland District Health Department, mosquitoes trapped in Adams County in August tested positive for West Nile.
In 2022, 64 Nebraskans tested positive for West Nile, with 4 deaths attributed to the affliction.
This year 4 cases of the virus have been reported in the state.
