The Elite Sportsbook opened Wednesday morning, where guests will find betting kiosks and retail betting in the Draft Day area.

Parking lots on Aug. 30 will open at 1 p.m., and Memorial Stadium gates will open at 3:30 p.m. Nebraska-Kearney will play Wayne State in an exhibition at 4:30 p.m. on Nebraska Public Media.
Nebraska will then host Omaha at 7 p.m. on Big Ten Network. Approximately 15 minutes after the Nebraska-UNO match ends, country music star Scotty McCreery will take the stage to finish the night with a concert.
SIX HUSKERS NAMED TO SENIOR BOWL WATCH LIST:
Six Nebraska football players were named to the Senior Bowl Watch List. Offensive linemen Bryce Benhart and Ben Scott, running back Anthony Grant, defensive back Quinton Newsome, linebacker Luke Reimer and defensive lineman Ty Robinson each earned a spot on the watch list.
The 2024 Senior Bowl will be held on Feb. 3, 2024, in Mobile, Alabama. Elite draft prospects from around the country are selected to showcase their talent at the Senior Bowl and connect with coaches and decision-makers from all 32 NFL teams.

OHTANI WON’T PITCH REST OF SEASON DUE TO TORN ELBOW:
Shohei Ohtani won’t pitch for the rest of the season because of a torn ligament in his right elbow, Los Angeles Angels general manager Perry Minasian said Wednesday night.
The Angels don’t yet know whether the major league homers leader and 10-game winner will need surgery to repair his ulnar collateral ligament for the second time.
Ohtani had his first Tommy John surgery in late 2018, following his AL Rookie of the Year season.
