New Buffalo County Sheriff’s deputy sworn in

KEARNEY — A new deputy with the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office was sworn in during the county commissioners meeting during the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 12.

Nicholas Lieth is a recent graduate of the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center and is set to start on his field training with the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office.

Lieth took his oath before Buffalo County Sheriff Neil Miller, with a badge pinning taking place afterward.
