
All-MIAA Football Teams // MIAA
KEARNEY – The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association has announced its All-MIAA teams and postseason awards for the 2023 football season.
The University of Nebraska-Kearney Lopers ended with six total recipients of conference recognition. Pittsburg State and Missouri Western State each led the conference with 20.
Defensive lineman Tell Spies earned second team All-MIAA honors for his play this past season. He is the highest awarded Loper.
Offensive lineman Hunter Hays and defensive back Armani Webster claimed third team all-conference accolades. Finally, quarterback TJ Davis, defensive lineman Quillan Felton, linebacker Zach Schlager, and defensive back Tre O’Guinn earned honorable mention honors.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Dakari Streeter, Missouri Western, DL, Sr.
SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Ross Brungardt, Emporia State, P, Sr.
FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR: Seth Cromwell, Missouri Western, RB
COACH OF THE YEAR: Josh Lamberson, Central Missouri
