HASTINGS – The Hastings College Men’s Basketball team aims to continue their historic run, taking aim at their first GPAC Final in school history tonight hosting Morningside.
Tip-off is set for 7 PM for the Great Plains Athletic Conference Tournament title from Lynn Farrell Arena.
After claiming a share of the GPAC regular-season title a few weeks ago, the Broncos dispatched Briar Cliff in the quarterfinal before earning a barn-burner win over Concordia on Saturday night.
Hastings College is led by Reggie Thomas, an Omaha Westside grad, who shattered the single season scoring record set nearly 60 years ago.
The Mustangs and Broncos have split their season series so far, as the home team has taken each game, including an 85-83 Morningside win in Sioux City, Iowa on Feb. 10.
