LEXINGTON, Neb. (Hub) – 56-year-old David Boyles, who was caught in the act of sexually assaulting a woman, has received a year and three months in jail and five years probation in Dawson County District Court after pleading no contest to felony first degree sexual assault and misdemeanor violation of a domestic restraining order charges. Other charges were dropped.
Boyles was credited for 204 days served and must register as a sex offender.
The Kearney Hub reports authorities say a deputy caught the Mason City man sexually assaulting the woman at an Eddyville home October 12. She had a protection order against Boyles.
