GRAND ISLAND — An elementary school student was referred to the county attorney after they made terroristic threats against a police officer during the morning of Wednesday, Sept. 18.
Per the Grand Island Police Department, officers responded to Lincoln Elementary School Skills Academy in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arriving, officers contacted an eight-year-old juvenile male student who had caused damage to a classroom.
During the contact with officers, the student would make homicidal threats against the officer.
The student would be referred to the Hall County Attorney for terroristic threats.
