LEXINGTON — Two Lexington men were arrested after a felony assault took place in Lexington on Thursday, Oct. 24.
On Friday, Oct. 25, the Lexington Police Department (LPD) received a call from the Lexington Regional Health Center emergency room advising that they had an adult male patient who had received injuries as the result of a felony assault, according to the LPD.
The LPD later learned that the assault had taken place on Oct. 24, inside a residence located in the 400 block of South Adams St.
On Tuesday, Oct. 29, the LPD, after additional investigation, developed probable cause and executed a search warrant on the residence.
Two adult Lexington men were arrested.
“All identities in reference to this case are being withheld pending further investigation,” the LPD stated.
