KEARNEY —Kearney Catholic High School is thrilled to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its largest fundraising event, G.O.L.D. (Guidance and Opportunity which Leadership Demands), on Friday, November 22, 2024, at the Crowne Plaza in Kearney.
This annual gala promises an unforgettable evening of elegance, community, and philanthropy, featuring a four-course dinner, exceptional hospitality by KCHS students, and over 300 incredible auction items, including bucket-list experiences, concert and theater tickets, and unique holiday gift options.
The event’s proceeds directly support Kearney Catholic High School, providing essential funding for school operations and enhancing the student experience through the Fund an Item initiative.
The generosity of donors, volunteers, and attendees is what makes G.O.L.D. extraordinary, helping to create a brighter future for KCHS students through faith-based education.
In celebration of the milestone anniversary, the event will also feature the sale of 50 exclusive Golden Tickets. Starting Monday, November 18, tickets will be available for $200 each, with the chance to win the opportunity to select any live auction item. Only two tickets per household are allowed, and the winning ticket will be drawn at the donor reception Thursday, November 21st.
