One business fails NSP alcohol compliance checks in Hall County

GRAND ISLAND — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol conducted alcohol compliance checks in Hall County.

On Wednesday, during the afternoon and evening hours, investigators conducted alcohol compliance checks in Hall County. This project is 100% funded by The Prevention Project in Grand Island, NE.

In total 13 businesses were checked. One of the businesses sold alcohol for a non-compliance rate of 7%. The business that failed the compliance check was:

  • Pizza Hut – Grand Island

The businesses in these checks included bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Businesses that sell alcohol to minors are referred to the

Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. Clerks who sell alcohol to minors are cited for procuring alcohol for a minor.
