Reported Offenses:
- On November 17, 2024, a 19-year-old Blue Hill resident reported a theft in the 1400 block of North Burlington Avenue.
Arrests/Citations: - On November 17, 2024, a 28-year-old Hastings resident was arrested on an Adams County warrant in the 800 block of North Lexington Avenue.
- On November 17, 2024, a 31-year-old Grand Island resident was arrested on a Clay County warrant in the 3800 block of Osborne Drive West.
- On November 17, 2024, a 20-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 400 block of North Colorado Avenue.
- On November 18, 2024, a 19-year-old Hastings resident was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of tobacco products by a minor in the 400 block of North Colorado Avenue.
