LINCOLN — Six Nebraska high school students have been selected to receive $500 Financial Aid Program Scholarships from EducationQuest Foundation.

Recipients were selected from more than 900 students who registered for the scholarship after attending one of EducationQuest’s virtual or in-person Financial Aid Programs this academic year. EducationQuest hosted nearly 4,700 attendees at 105 Financial Aid Programs across the state, which were intended to educate students and parents about the college financial aid application process.

Vice President of Grants and Scholarships Eric Drumheller said, “Our financial aid programs are designed to empower students and families with the knowledge they need to navigate the college planning process. Seeing so many students and families engage in our programs shows how committed they are to making college a reality, and we’re excited to recognize these students for their efforts.”
