KEARNEY — The City of Kearney announces that Central Avenue from Railroad Street to 21st Street will be closed beginning at 1 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2025.
The purpose of the temporary closure is for the Community Talent Show hosted by Encore Performing Arts.
