KEARNEY — The City of Kearney announces that Central Avenue from 22nd Street to 24th Street will be closed beginning at 8 a.m. on Sept. 27, 2025.
The purpose of the temporary closure is for the Rae of Hope Fall Festival hosted by McKenna’s Rae of Hope Foundation.
