HASTINGS — After nearly four years of serving the Hastings community, Blue Fork Kitchen is announcing its last day of service on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025.
Since opening in 2021, Blue Fork Kitchen has been proud to provide a welcoming space for friends, families. and neighbors to gather over fresh, locally inspired meals.
“While we’ve cherished every moment with our guests, we haven’t consistently had enough people in our doors to continue operating sustainably. Making this decision was incredibly difficult, but it feels right to close on a positive note, celebrating the memories we ve shared,” said owner, Jamey Hamburger.
The team extends heartfelt thanks to all the guests, neighbors, and local partners who supported Blue Fork Kitchen over the years.
Guests are encouraged to stop by before the final day to enjoy one last meal, reminisce, and celebrate the journey together.
Looking ahead, the team encourages the community to continue supporting Odyssey, Blue Fork Kitchen’s sister restaurant located in Downtown Hastings, where Blue Fork Kitchen gift cards will be redeemable.
