KEARNEY — A two vehicle accident took place near the intersection of Highway 10 and N Avenue during the morning of Monday, Nov. 24.
At 7:34 a.m., the Kearney Volunteer Fire Department and CHI Health Good Samaritan EMS were dispatched to the intersection of north of Kearney for the report of a vehicle accident with injuries and possible entrapment.
On scene, a Black Hills Energy pickup truck with front end damage had come to rest in the north ditch of Highway 10. A red GMC SUV with driver side damage and airbags deployed had also come to rest in the north ditch.
At least two people from the scene were loaded into ambulance, the extent and number of injuries was not available on scene.
The accident is under investigation.
