HASTINGS — The Hastings Police Department released their daily activity from Friday, Dec. 26 through Sunday, Dec. 28.
Reported Offenses:
- On December 26, 2025, a 23-year-old Grand Island resident reported a hit and run in the 700 block of North Burlington Avenue.
- On December 27, 2025, a flight to avoid offense was investigated in the 800 block of West 2nd Street.
- On December 27, 2025, a 69-year-old Hastings resident reported a criminal mischief in the 800 block of North Williams Avenue.
- On December 28, 2025, a 34-year-old Hastings resident reported a gas drive off in the 800 block of East South Street.
- On December 28, 2025, a 48-year-old Hastings resident reported a hit and run in the 700 block of East 6th Street.
Arrests/Citations:
- On December 26, 2025, a 36-year-old Lincoln resident was cited for possession of marijuana less than an ounce in the 100 block of South Hastings Avenue.
- On December 26, 2025, a 20-year-old Hastings resident was arrested for second degree trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 800 block of South Burlington Avenue.
