Cash dairy prices were mixed Wednesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was up $0.0025 at $0.63. No sales were recorded. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0625 at $1.6025. Two sales were recorded at $1.60 and $1.6025. Cheese barrels were up $0.02 at $1.57. No sales were recorded. After big early week gains, butter prices were down $0.1175 at $2.02. Twenty one sales were recorded, ranging from $1.99 to $2.05. Nonfat dry milk was down $0.0075 at $1.6550. Eight sales were recorded, ranging from $1.6550 to $1.6725.
