OVERTON — Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District, (CNPPID) have waterfowl hunting leases available for a five-year term.
The leases are on the Jeffrey Island Habitat Area along the Platte River, located between Lexington and Overton.
The cost of the lease is $2,500 per year plus tax, they will be drawn through a random drawing on May 15. Applications are due by May 10.
