“Overall we won today with our top half of our lineup. When you look at the state duals positions we won the meet 4-1. I really like how our invite positions are playing right now. We continue to improve with each outing. Emma had a solid day at #1 against a very strong player. Emma did a great job of hitting with depth and not allowing her opponent to hit attacking shots. She was able to stay patient and wait for opponent to miss or give her a shot to put away. Addy Sutton continues to be a solid #3 player for us. Addy did an excellent job of controlling her match. Addy played very consistent, but also has the ability to hit a ball by her opponent when needed. Emilee and Emma were dominant in doubles and both went 2-0 on the day. Finally, Ella and Bailey had a solid day at #2 doubles. They do a great job of setting each other up. Both have strong serves and groundstrokes that created many errors from Hastings.” – Kearney Girls Tennis coach Troy Saulsbury
